The product must be returned in perfect conditions with the intact seal, in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive in perfect conditions. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
The time window in which you can return an item lasts 10 days, starting from the day the order is delivered. The return-related costs will always be at the client’s expense.

As the return gets approved, you will have to ship the item to the provided address. After we have received your returned item and have checked the damage, we will forward the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept articles that are not in the same condition in which you received them. We will update you regularly by email until we confirm the refund. As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
PENCE1979 won’t be held responsible for any misplaced packages, and it will be the client’s responsibility to make sure the package arrives to our facilities in perfect conditions.
Delivery is free per order of an amount of 200€ and is usually within 10 working days.
The products are delivered by a courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person.

The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a security measure against fraud that helps identify the cardholder. On MasterCard and Visa cards, the code is printed on the back next to the space for the signature and consists of 3 numbers. On American Express cards the code is printed on the front and consists of 4 numbers.
